ttc after IUD removal

Hello, me & my husband are trying for baby number 2 and I got my IUD out almost a month ago and I was wondering how long it took others to get pregnant afterwards from getting theirs out and or if there is anything I can do help to speed up! I'm very impatient when it comes to this stuff!
