4 days late... thoughts??

Okay so yes, I've had unprotected sex a few times this past month and I'm currently 4 days late with my period. However, Monday I went to the doctor & he told me I wasn't pregnant so do I really have anything to worry about? Could anything have changed since then??

Also, I was prescribed Metronidazole for BV if that matters.
