Good signs for pregnancy?

I've had sore nipples ever since ovulation, and they are more and more sore every day. I am around 7dpo. VERY weird for me! And I suddenly have strong cold symptoms. I VERY RARELY get colds or flus. Could these be good signs? I got this faint line yesterday:
