Did I actually ovulate? Opinions appreciated! :)

Question

My +ve OPK wasn't until 7pm on CD18 (tested throughout the day), so the temp rise on CD19 shouldn't have been caused by ovulation (I take temps consistently around 6:15-6:30am). Unless I ovulated less than 12hrs from the LH surge?!

So my temp hasn't jumped for 3 days, although all other indicators looked good. I even had light ovulation cramps for half of CD20. This has happened most cycles since my MMC in April. Was hoping to be back to normal ovulation by now... :(

I'd appreciate any thoughts on whether I ovulated or am out this cycle again! Thanks lovelies!!

Too early to tell if you're out but continue temping. My only concern is that the temps so far are close to the coverline (which can indicate low progestrone) let's hope they rise higher throughout this cycle.

You can ovulate 12 to 72 hours after a positive opk , but the average range is 24 to 48 hours. Since you had two days of positives, I would be inclined to say you ovulated 12 hours after your last positive.

But, as you continue to temp in the next few days, it should all become clearer.
