Hospital bag

When did you pack a hospital bag? With my daughter who is now 3 I think I'd had my bag packed for at least a few months by now (I'm currently 31 weeks with our second) with this baby I'm lazing out so hard! I have a feeling it's not going to be packed until the day I go into labor haha. Anyone else?
