How do you work out dpo? Is it how many days since i was my most fertile in my fertile window?

If you click on the Genius tap, and click on the first chart, it will give you your cycle days and dpo. Which is estimated depending on ovulation.

It's from the day after u ovulate. I ovulated cd16 so that makes me 12dpo and I have a leutal phase of 13 ur leutal phase should never change but the day u ovulate can.

Count back 14 days from your period coming up and that's when you should ovulate. Your fertile window is that week before the 14 days. So if your period is due tomorrow count back fourteen days from tomorrow and that's your ovulation day and your fertile window is the 6 days before that. My ovulation day was the 11th and my af is due in 2 days so I am 13 dpo
