If someone buys me something from my Amazon baby registry, will the gift be sent to them or me? Do they have the option?

I'm trying to find the best place to make an online registry. My husband and I moved very far away from all of our friends and family, so they would have to ship any gift they got us. I'm just wondering if there are any sites that will ship directly to us once they buy it, instead of them having to pay for shipping twice. Amazon is they only place I can think of that might offer that, but please let me know if you know of anything else.
