ohhh bbt stress I can't take it
Last night I slept at 1:00 am and had a sound sleep, at 4 am I woke up(just opened eyes) and the 1st thing I did was taking my temp ,it was 98.10.....I slept again and at 6:00 it was 98.00....which should considered as accurate?
