cyst or what???

So I know I have/had 4 cysts on my right overy. Been on bcp trying to get them to go away. On day 13 of the pill and I've been bleeding for a week with cramps on and off with a constant dull pain in pelvic area and lower back. I just went to the bathroom and this happened. Is this one of the cyst sacs? I'm freaking out a little help
