Can you get a negative on a pregnancy test and still be pregnant.?

I don't know about others but I was supposed to have a hysterectomy because I have endemeterosis and my doctor said the only thing left to do was take everything out well in april on the 25 I went to the e.r my period was on but I was in so much pain they tested me to see if I could be pregnant but the test was negative ok I had to follow up with my original doctor in 2 weeks she gave me a test it was negative well I canceled my first appointment due to work with my hysterectomy by the time I finally got it situated to have surgery I was 4 1/2 months pregnant with another negative test well they found the baby when I was supposed to have surgery

I took one a week after spotting and it came out negative. I go in two days for a paps exam and I feel like I'm honestly pregnant. Everyone thinks I'm crazy because I get like this every month where I think I'm pregnant but not this month. This time it's different. This month I'm so emotional, and I pee a lot, I'm slightly hungry more, nauseous all week. But we'll find out Tuesday
