Bladder outlet obstruction

Hello all this is my first pregnancy and im expecting twins. When I went to my 16 week checkup they said that one of my babies have a bladder obstruction which means the bladder won't release pee into amniotic fluid which can harm the baby kidneys and lungs from function..I wanna know have anyone ever experienced this I'm a little scared for my babies but I have put it gods hands..so I know things will be fine
