To the ones who suffer from Anxiety. How long do your anxiety attacks usually last for?

Depends what caused the anxiety attack for me

I've had one last up to 16 hours. It really depends. If it's something that really cause me to panic it could last for hours non stop. But if it's something small, maybe an hour or two?

Anywhere from 5 minutes to hours. It honestly depends. And then sometimes they turn into full blown panic attacks. However lately they only last around 10-20 minutes after ridding of negativity in my life.

It varies for me for sure... I get it over the most random things sometimes.. but i know the worst was last summer... It lasted over a week.. I had to go to the hospital.. my heart would not stop racing over 200 beats  minute.. I thought for sure I was dieing... I do believe the trigger was finding out my cousin had breast cancer... only a few years older than me.. after recently finding out a friend from high school had a brain tumor and a good friend lost his sister to pancreatic cancer.  That set my system right off.

Depends for me. Sometimes it is a 5 minutes, sometimes it's hours. If something is really bothering me,
I will stay up all night freaking out & crying. 😕

Depends on what triggered it and the situation I was in when it happened. I dont have anxiety attacks, i have full blown panic attacks.
