So this is my chart now. I got Peak on clear blue 3 days ago, but to me the temps dont show ovulation? I'm so confused! Now on cycle day 28, usually only 25 day cycle but been getting progressively longer past three months. Any ideas guys? X

This is my chart today. I use a BBT thermometer and check at the same time every day. I've been using the clear blue dual thermometer and I've been at high fertility for 8 days now with no peak spike. I'm so scared I'm not ovulating, it's my biggest fear x

Doesn't look like you ovulated yet. My opk was positive and I didn't get the temp spike till a week later. They were all negative after that too.

Don't worry, you will figure this out! So your temps should be fairly stable and lower pre-ovulation, and then you will see a jump and the temps will stay up there after you have ovulated. Sometimes there are a few temps that don't make sense mixed in, so try not to worry about those guys.

You should try and take your temp at the same time every day, first thing in the AM before getting up.  Do you have the special bbt thermometer with two decimal places?

I track my temps here, and with fertility friend, which I find to be a little better for temp tracking.  I also do opks, which you have to take with a grain of salt because they only measure LH levels and not if you truly ovulated and released an egg.
