I'm 20.... and I'm  12 days late and it's driving me insane :( I've took loads of pregnancy tests and I'm not pregnant.

I've had af style cramps since 2 dpo and back ache.

:-(

How can I induce my period? I'm sick of waiting now, always feel like it's going to start and it doesn't.

I already have a cycle of 40 days
And now I'm on cycle day 52 :-(

Once my period starts I have birth control to go on

If you're not pregnant, which I assume you've already checked, there's estrogenic herbs you can take and can usually be found at your local health food store. Parsley, black & blue cohosh, there's several others. You can get them in tea of capsule form, but I recommend capsule since most are bitter.

Go to your dr for a blood test for pregnancy also your hormone levels if there is nothing wrong with your levels nor pregnancy they can give you a pill to jump start your period
