so frustrated I'm crying. what do I do

The doctor I have I absolutely do not like. I'm with John Muir and I've had 2 appointments already and I have yet to meet my actual Doctor, it's his nursing assistants and stuff. I was also told I could have my appointments at the facility like 10 mins from my house, which is the reason I chose him, but now they say I can't so I have to drive an hour without traffic to every appointment which I can't do. Plus the facility they sent me to for my NT test took forever and they didn't fully fill out my paperwork for my blood tests so I couldn't get it done. The lab workers were appalled at how negligent they were with my paperwork. I just wanna switch but finding a new doctor is hard and stressful
