is green poop an early sign of pregnancy?

Okay. So I had a miscarriage almost a month ago. And when I first started taking my prenatal vitamins I of course had green poop because it says it can change the color of your feces, but it had went away. And then I had the miscarriage. Started spotting 8/24 and miscarriage 8/28 and bleeding stopped 9/4. And now I'm randomly getting green poop again. What could this mean? I still continued to take my prenatal vitamins after the miscarriage and I didn't start getting green poop until 2 days ago.. could I be pregnant ? When should
