Can sperm/semen produce a false positive pregnancy test?

pregnancy test?" /> Someone in a Facebook group is claiming that this is true, and from what I've read it isn't.

But she's insisting that her doctor told her, and that "Google doesn't have all the answers" which is where i found a small study done on it..

Have any of you had a doctor confirm this is true? It sounds stupid to me, but I'm not a doctor.

Only hcg can cause a pregnancy test to turn positive I believe. There are some medical conditions or faulty tests. 
If someone has hcg in their semen there's a problem!
