bbt confusion
I slept at 1:00 am last night...at 4 am opened eye n took temperature, after one hour I have to leave bed as my daughter needed to go to washroom. After peeing I again took temperature,it was lower then previous reading of 4.00 am....which is accurate? Pls help ....my bbt chart is at stake 😭
