Earliest pregnancy symptoms??

How early did you feel pregnancy symptoms? What were they?? Can you get symptoms during conception?

At 5 Weeks i felt fatigued, leg and back cramping, and ridiculously hungry 🍼

3.5 weeks! I had my first BFP 9po, it was dark, I probably could of tested at 8dpo! (Yes I'm sure 9dpo, I did ivf and know when I ovulated) I have fatigue, really really bad cramps, mild nausea, dizzy, headache, sore

Hmmm I was 6 weeks when I found out, so I had symptoms as early as 4 weeks I guess. I was getting dizzy spells, fatigued, eating everything in sight, crampy, almost all the same symptoms as if AF was coming. I also lost weight.
