Trying to get pregnant

So I'm trying to get pregnant and I had sex on the days I was fertail and ovulated I think I didn't have sex on one day but I did all the others. I took a test Monday and it showed negative and I went to the er last night cause I havent been feeling well. And they did a test and it was negative. Should I wait to see if AF comes or should I take another test like it says to do today. I just don't wanna be let down.
