This has nothing to do with pregnancy...just a personal question

My dad recently passed away and he was the lender for my home. My question is if there isn't anything in the will what happens? We have an agreement that was drew up by our lawyer that I pay him such and such a month but now he is no longer here for me to pay. The house is in my name at the county building. I'm just lost of what to do. I don't wanna ask my sister because she is really greedy and the lawyer that drew it up was in a bad car wreck yesterday so I can't call him.
