Nipple piercings?

Okay so I really want my nipples pierced. I have several piercings already but I think some glamour on my itty-bitty tittle would do me justice 😂 anyone have them already? Maybe some pros & cons? I'm a little worried about how bad it hurts aswell. Oh and how do they go around piercing your nipple if it's not as profound as others. They're not inverted but they definitely don't have a lot of canvas for the piercer. Just some insight. 😁
