Self Harm
So I have generalized anxiety disorder , depression , and semi OCD but not in the cleaning way like the usual ocd. Well I self harm whenever I have a panic attack and I emotionally beat myself while I do it and it's gotten intense . I cut , punch walls , drop bricks on my legs and feet , hit my head against things , and punch myself . It's hurting my relationship with my boyfriend , family , and this has been going on for months . I have a therapist but they don't help . People just keep telling me I'm crazy and I'm starting to believe them , I just want some support
