Sooo scared
Ladies I'm terrified of giving birth. I saw a birth video and I am so freaked out. I am petite and my doctor is confident that we can go natural without issue, I am trying to avoid a c-section...😔
I don't know how to mentally prepare for this and it's happening soon 😕😕, any advice? I wanna run away.
