First Baby Appt - getting SO nervous!
I'm 8 weeks, 4 days today and my first OB appointment is on the 3rd and first ultrasound on the 5th...we found out very early that we were expecting and I've been waiting SO long for these appointments but now that they're getting so close I am so freaked out! I think it's just jitters but is there anything I can do to calm down and stop overthinking it?
Also, in the US what usually happens at a first OB appointment?
Update: my scan and visit went really well and I felt silly for being so scared! We saw our baby wiggle around and jerk it's little arm stubs and legs around and WOW does it have legs already! 😂the US tech and doctor were saying you rarely get that good of a look at the legs at this stage! Baby is a singlet and has a strong heartbeat of 180! 💕❤️😍
