what do you consider "plus size"

A lot of women are 10 pounds over weight and consider themselves "plus size". A lot of women consider themselves plus size once they find themselves in plus size clothing. A lot of people go by the BMI chart, but personally I think the BMI chart is bs..My cousin and I were having a discussion, she's a Medium in clothing and considers herself "plus size". I think she's insane. Her BMI status considers her "plus size" .I just wanted to know what YOU consider plus size.
