Anyone start having diarrhea at 37w that didn't seem to let up?

So, I thought I had the stomach bug going around last week with vomiting and diarrhea. But seems like everything I eat goes right through me still. I talked to the doctor and she said as long as I was eating small amounts (which help) and getting plenty of fluids it's normal. I'm dilated to a 1 and 80% thinned and my BH come and go. Just curious if any other soon to be mom's are in the same situation?
