I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive they used at the hospital, it looked just like that. PS, adhesive was on a fabric bandage they put on after c-section. Went away after a couple of weeks.

Could also be shingles. I would get it checked. If it is, you need to start the medicine within 3 days I think for it to be most effective. Had them like 20 years ago, so that may be different now.

Looks like an allergic reaction, did you change any soaps or detergents lately? If it doesn't go away though I would get to a dermatologist and get some medicine especially if it's itchy. Nothing worse than an itch that doesn't go away!

Could be post partum hives. I had it with my first one. Super itchy. It's your hormones still coming down.

Rash, virus. Best bet is to see your doctor
