Nipple piercing?

OK ladies so Imma get my nipples pierced in about 2 weeks and I was wondering if u guys have any tips for me for cleaning them and having them heal nicely..also what's the best bra to wear with them 😊

Okay so I used to work for a piercing place and was actually an apprentice and I had mine pierced though I recently took them out. 
*So try not to touch them, like as little as possible.
*Salt water soaks on them is a must! At least 2 times a day for the first couple weeks then lower it to 1 time a day. Try soaking each one for at least 5 minutes each
*clean once a day with a non scented soap
*wear looser bras for the first couple weeks or simply go braless! That's what I did!

I used the H2ocean spray that you can get from hot topic or Spencer's. you can spray it on at least 6 times a day and it heals nicely;used it on all my piercings. When you first get them wear a tight sports bra because it feels so much better when they are secured against your body I guess and it's just a lot less painful

I had mine done in March  my piercer told me to just use saline to clean them, no q-tips. When your in the shower not let the water beat down on them directly for a week. Wear a sports bra, so much better. And to not play with them for 6 months, like don't purposely move/twirl the jewelry. It ruins the healing process and you're basically starting over from the beginning. I love mine. Best piercing I've gotten ever hands down. I love them. I've had no problems with mine. Just followed what the piercer said

For your piercing to heal nicely, the first step is to find a reputable piercer, obviously. After that, spraying some saline solution into the piercings twice a day for 6-9 months will help, or doing a sea salt soak for five minutes on each piercing. Do not touch them unless your hands are washed. Don't rotate the piercing. If you have a SO do not let them put their mouths on the piercing until they are fully healed. Usually wearing a sports bra to bed is the most comfortable, other than that I use a padded bra during the day.

And be careful when taking off clothes....I keep getting mine caught and I'm sure that's why mine haven't healed after a year since getting them.

A regular bra or a sports bra! Don't go braless overnight or at all for the first week or second depending. Mine were very tender for the first week!! I use basic clear soap in the shower to wash them, also wash your bras more frequently when you first get the piercings to prevent the amount of bacteria
