what would you do?

I was talking to my niece and her mom the other day and my niece spent the entire time looking at herself in the mirror. She wasn't getting ready or doing anything except lying on her bed. I made a comment to her that she hasn't looked at me once during the conversation. She said I know because I'm looking at how beautiful I am. She's 8 years old. What would your response be?
