Bleeding after sex

Hey guys! I'm 18 and I've had sex with my boyfriend for about 4 years now. We just had sex and when he pulled out, I was bleeding. I was on my period last week and this blood wasn't like "period" blood I guess. It was really thin and looked like a straight liquid. Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?
