My baby turned a month today. Last Friday I got a horrible fever and ever since my milk supply has been suffering. I used to get 5 oz each boob now I can only get 3 oz. can I reestablish my supply? If so how? I'm on day 2 of taking 3 pills 3x a day of fenugreek and nothing. I was drinking milkmaid tea but it would just give me a horrible headache. I'm drinking mothers milk tea 3x a day when I can because the taste is awful. Anything will help thanks.
