I have a really low supply. I feed the baby both sides and then pump to stimulate more production. I've done this since she was born and am now 2 weeks PP. I still only get 1-2 oz pumping combined from both sides. My LO has a bit appetite and will nurse from both breasts than eat a 2 oz bottle. I just can't keep up. I heard about a supplement fenugreek that is supposed to help my milk production. Anyone have experience with this? Did it help?
