ohss while pregnant?

I'm 8w4d and worrying that my ohss is coming back. I had it about one to two weeks ago. My right ovary was the size of a grapefruit and should be the size of an almond per my doctor!! Has anyone had this in pregnancy or more than once in pregnancy? Thanks!

I don't think it can come back that I'm aware of. Call your OB for a sonogram of your painful ovary to see what's up!!

OHSS symptoms can come back during pregnancy as your hcg levels increase during your first trimester then subside as you start heading into your second trimester and the hcg levels go down. My fertility doctor recommended a diet (lots of protein, lots of Gatorade) to help manage it during collection, and said that if the symptoms get worse to go back on it.
