An Itch I just can't scratch

So for years now I've had a really bad itch problem, it's so itchy I'll itch till my Libia bleeds and there's zero other symptoms, no odd smell, no odd discharge and most importantly no change in skin, no bumps, red or rashes! But I'm waaaat to scared to ask my male doctor about it because I'm a virgin and no one but family has ever seen that part of me, plus it's sooooo embarrassing!!! What should I do!?!?!
