PMS OR NAH?

So usually with my cycle my breasts get super tender about 1 week and a half before I start my period, this month my birth control was messed up but I'm feeling super exhausted and achy, 
I'd be happy about not breaking out but I'm too paranoid 
Anyways I'm wondering if anyone else's symptoms vary

I dont take bc but symptoms can vary with me too. Sometimes im all achy and i get tenderness of breasts and sometimes crave fruit or chips lol I also notice I break out if i eat chocolate before my period starts and get really bad cramps. If i dont have chocolate or junk food then i dont break out much really and my cramps are somewhat bearable. Its weird ☺️
