Sports bra while nursing
I am a 34D + or - and breastfeeding. Now that I'm trying to exercise I can't find a sports bra that stops the pain from bouncing around when running. I'm used to being a 34B so this extra boobage is new for me. I plan to nurse (or pump) before working out, but any other suggestions?
