Does any momma know what causes the gas bloat and indigestion issues?

What on earth is going on with my system? I belch, toot, hickup all day long. I have gas pains and bad gas at times. I'm only taking a duty every other day. Is this what's to be expected?💁🏼

I think a lot of it has to do with the high surge of progesterone. At least that's what I've read before that causes the bloating.

That's how I've been since I found out I'm pregnant. And I've tried to avoid the "gassy" foods but nothing stops it. And the bloat bump I swear is permanent lol they say I'm not showing but I sure feel like I am because it doesn't go down at night anymore haha

The same thing is going on with me. My midwife has told me to start taking a probiotic(pb8). She told me it will help with all those issues I'm having. The best and cheapest is to order them on amazon.

I believe it is due to the surge in your progesterone, the iron in your prenatal and slower digestion.

I don't know what causes it, but yes it's what's to be expected. Most of your first trimester will be nothing but a gas-fest!
