What if your boyfriend called you a f*ckin b*tch ? What would you do? How do you handle the fact that he's offending you at a whole different level...

Tell him in no uncertain terms that if he ever calls you that again or disrespects you again in a similar manner that the relationship is over.  If he says it or anything like it again, leave him.  It truly is that simple.  Don't go into it with him about how it made you feel.  Honestly, that goes without saying and does not need to be explained.  You have to lay down your rules.  Tell him he only gets one warning and that he's lucky you're giving him a warning.  Trust me, there are good men out there who will respect you if he can't.

Psh if a guy said that to me I would dump him right on the spot. He obviously has no respect. So why should I spend my time on him? Girls don't EVER let a guy talk like that to you. If you don't take action against that he'll only do it more because he knows he can get away with it. Don't ever date a guy who says this to you.

That is verbally abusive. Break up with him. I was in two back to back emotionally and verbally abusive relationships for the past 5 years. I bet he has fits of rage and you guys fight a lot but he always comes back apologizing profusely and treating you as sweetly as possible. Those sweet moments are NOT worth keeping the relationship if he is calling you names and not honoring/respecting you. Even though friendships might become complicated if you guys had mutual friends or you're worried about him responding horribly to you breaking up with him, just do it.

There ARE great and amazing people who will absolutely treat you right. Please take it from someone who finally broke that cycle and found peace.
