I'm a pad user and I've never used a tampon. How about this vaginal cup? What if you're still a virgin? Is it ok? I don't know how to relax my vaginal muscles. Lol

I use one and love it! It's so much better than tampons and pads. Since you are a virgin and haven't used tampons, I would say to try that first. The cup might be harder to get in then a tampon.
