5 weeks pregnant - nose is horrendous

Since just over 3 weeks my nose has playing me up. I don't know how many tissues I go through in a day and now this last few days I have the most horrendous constant phlegm as well. Anyone else suffering from this in early pregnancy? 👃🏻
