when to give pacifier or bottle

Did you wait until your newborn was 4 weeks to introduce a pacifier or bottle? EBF and I want to avoid nipple confusion. Thanks!

I started a paci before 2 weeks, but she was already a champ eater. Then we started a bottle at about 2.5 weeks. We haven't had any problems

We gave a paci at 3 weeks  haven't tried a bottle yet but she's still latching good

We waited about 2 weeks for pacifier and 4 weeks for bottle.  She doesn't take a pacifier often. We are trying to give a bottle every few days.

I waited like 3 days for the paci. I use the soothies, not a typical paci. And I only gave it to her when it was an "OMG nothing is working" situation. I had to nurse and pump for first 4 weeks of life because she was tongue tied and had a terrible time latching. I think Bc i was constantly mixing it up she ever got used to just 1 thing. And it's her natural instinct to want to nurse so thankfully she never got confused.

Nope. Needed to use a bottle early on to supplement. We waited til about 3 weeks for the pacifier, but only because we were having issues BF.
