So I'm 5 days over due! Today I ate alot food, ended up getting super gassy and I know that for pregnant women we can get very bloated and not feel great from some foods. I'm laying in bed very unsure if I'm getting small contractions or if I have a belly ache. I feel aching mostly in my lower belly area and a little in my lower back (also feels like I need to let out gas). The aching stayed there for about a minute but since it's eased down its still a little achy. I tried to use the washroom before bed and since but there was no chance of anything happening. What does it sound like? I don't want to call someone and wake them up If it's just gas pains. Help?
