It's been 8 days since I gave birth and I feel like I shouldn't still be so sore. My lower stomach really hurts like I can't sit up straight. Here's my labor story, I started having contractions around 1am and they started coming every 5 min and he was born at 6:31am. My contractions were very strong! I don't know if this is normal postpartum pain or if I need to go to the hospital to get checked out.
