Holy back pain - Sleep remedies?

Question

36 + 6, woke up 9-10 times last night to readjust my position due to back and hip pain. I have a snoogle and move it around to try to get comfortable but it's not quite cutting it. Suggestions?

I have moved to the couch! Did the same with my first pregnancy. I sleep better partially inclined at this point. It's my hips though not my back. I can't wait to sleep on my stomach again!

Give birth. jk, of course we are all anxious for that! I have to sleep with a ton of pillows to get comfortable. The couch is also more comfortable to me than our bed for some reason (i LOVE our bed). A maternity pillow was a life saver with my first pregnancy. I put it away though and can't find it and never bought another one this time around. 😒

I wish I could help! lol I'm having the same issues, on top of severe pelvic and hip pain. I can't sleep on my sides, I can't sleep on my back, I can't sleep on my stomach (obviously lol) I'm at a loss! 😭😭😭😭 good luck girlie!
