It's worrying me a little. I had one so bad it woke me up in the middle of the night. This is my 4th baby and I still get confused if it's poo pain or a contraction 😂 We're on the road from a weekend trip, and I'm going to call my dr office when we get home. Just hoping it's no big deal. I'm going to start timing them too just to see if there's any type of pattern. Can't really lay down in the car, but I'm increasing fluids. Any other advice or insight is welcome.
