Having sex too much affect trying to conceive?

I'm going on my 2nd cycle of clomid in a few days and I jus need advice on what I should do different. We have sex everyday sometimes up to 4 times a day could that affect our chances because his sperm isn't getting a chance to build up?

Yes! 4 times a day seems like way too much. Sperm needs 12-36 hours to fully replenish.. So every other day or even every day/day and a half is plenty.

Me and my partner had sex every day for 3 weeks, most of the time it was twice a day and now I'm 9 weeks pregnant ❤

Having sex multiple times a day is bad for sperm health. Have sex once a day everyday until you're suppose to get your period

All three times I have conceived it has been from having sex at least once a day. First baby took two cycles but sadly ended in mc at 11 weeks, 2nd baby took 1 cycle & this baby took 3 cycles. I feel SO lucky. Best of luck to you xx
