I had a sweep on Thursday lunch time and was losing exactly the same in your picture the day after all day long aswel as clear mucus. Had on off contractions since but nothing strong enough to warrant going to hosp yet. I'm due to be induced this Wednesday so hoping she gets moving before then as would rather her come naturally! Hopefully not long for either of us!
