Pooping with stitches
I have a grade 2 tear which isn't so bad but it still hurts when I have to poop. I spray some numbing spray on it, but it still hurts because my poop is rock hard! Is there anything that I can take/eat/drink to make my poop softer?
**I am breastfeeding so I don't want to upset my baby's belly.
