too early to ask for SWEEP?!

Tomorrow I'll be 38 weeks && I have an appointment Tuesday (due October 17) is it too early to ask my doctor to go ahead && sweep me?!🤔🤔

Ask away! My docs offered me sweeps starting at my 38week appointment but when they checked my cervix wasn't even ready for a sweep, and it still wasn't ready at 39weeks either! Pain in the butt lol. I'll be 40weeks on Thursday... Hoping something has progressed!!

I was 37 and a few days and my doctor said we could.  I am waiting till this coming visit bc I'm now done work.
